Terms of Service

CaseScene is an AI-powered detective game. Users investigate fictional murder cases, interrogate AI-driven suspects, and evaluate evidence to identify the culprit.

• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials • You may not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content • You may not attempt to manipulate the game system • You must avoid behaviour that negatively affects other users' experience

All content, design, code, and game mechanics in CaseScene are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

CaseScene offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the published rate. You may manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region.

Unless CaseScene provides a separate end-user licence agreement (EULA), your use of the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA for Auto-Renewable Subscriptions, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Use of the Android app is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, attempt to manipulate the service, or use the service unlawfully. Where possible, we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account or by writing to support@casescene.app. On termination, your personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

CaseScene reserves the right to develop or modify the service. Users will be notified of material changes in-app or by email.

CaseScene does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you also retain the protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.

If you have a complaint, please first contact us at support@casescene.app so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue the matter in the courts identified in the Governing Law section, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum available to you. EEA consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
